# Build AI systems that reach real users

> Mirai Minds hires engineers who want their work to reach real users. We are a small, senior team in Surat, India, building AI agents, voice pipelines, document AI and computer vision for clients and for our own products. We don't keep a long list of open roles; we hire when there is a real seat to fill.

## Principles

- **Ship to production:** We measure ourselves by what reaches real users, not what gets demoed.
- **Own it end to end:** Small team, high trust. Engineers here own systems from the first call to the running service.
- **Bias for clarity:** Plain language, short loops, no theatre. Write things down, decide, move.
- **Stay close to the model:** We read papers, run evaluations and tune our own systems. Frontier work is part of the job.

We are a small, senior team shipping AI agents, voice systems, document AI and computer vision for companies in India and abroad. If you want to do frontier work that actually goes to production, talk to us.

## Frequently asked questions

### What do you look for in an engineer?

People who have shipped something real and can explain the trade-offs they made. Experience with AI agents, voice pipelines, document AI or computer vision helps, and so does solid backend and infrastructure work, since most of an AI system is plumbing.

### What would I work on?

A mix of client systems and our own products: the Voice Agents platform, WhatsApp Agents and CallAuditAI. Recent client work includes generative photo pipelines on GPUs, document AI for a refinery and outbound calling on Pipecat and LiveKit.

### How do I apply when no role is listed?

Email careers@miraiminds.co with a short note and a link to the best thing you have built, ideally with what you would change about it now. We read every note and reply when there is a fit.
