Mirai Minds is an AI engineering studio founded in 2023 in Surat, India, by Sagar Davara and Sneh Mehta. The name comes from 未来, Japanese for future. We are a small, senior team that designs, builds and runs production AI — agents, voice and WhatsApp agents, document AI and computer vision — for clients in India and abroad.

Our story

Mirai Minds started in 2023 in Surat, India, with a simple rule: build AI systems that companies actually put into production. Sagar Davara and Sneh Mehta founded the studio as an LLP.

We are a small, senior team. The work spans five kinds of systems — AI agents, voice AI agents, WhatsApp AI agents, custom LLM and document AI and computer vision — and the plumbing that keeps them running: queues, evaluation sets, monitoring and a way for a person to step in.

Why 未来?

Mirai (未来) is Japanese for future. Written out, the two characters mean "not yet" and "come". We like the honesty of that: a system isn't the future until it works on real traffic, for real users, with real money moving through it.

What we build for ourselves

Alongside client work we run three products: the Voice Agents platform, WhatsApp Agents and CallAuditAI. Building on our own platforms means client projects start from parts that are already tested in production.

    Ship to production

    We measure ourselves by what reaches real users, not by what gets demoed. A build is done when it runs on real traffic.

    A person stays in the loop

    Every agent we ship has a way to reach a human, and every risky step has a review, until the numbers say it can go without.

  3. 03

    Plain language, short loops

    We write things down, decide and move. If a spreadsheet or a simpler system solves the problem, we say so on the first call.

  4. 04

    Measure, then claim

    Every number on this site says how it was measured. We build the evaluation set before the system, and keep running it after launch.

  2. 2023–24AI support chat and an AI call centre built for Myva.ai and CallPaaS.
  3. 2025–26Document AI for an Indian public-sector refinery: engineering drawings to SAP-ready data, handed over in July 2026.
  4. 2026Generative guest photos in 18.7 seconds on one A100 for a theme-park and entertainment photo company, down from 60–90 seconds.

No. Mirai Minds (miraiminds.co) is the AI engineering studio based in Surat, India. It is not affiliated with the MiraiMind AI companion app, or with mirai.zone. Our only websites are miraiminds.co and its subdomains, such as voice-agents.miraiminds.co and docs.miraiminds.co.

What does the name mean?

Mirai (未来) is Japanese for future; the two characters read as 'not yet' and 'come'. Minds is the people and the systems. The name is a reminder that the work is only finished when it reaches real users.

Where is Mirai Minds based, and who do you work with?

Our studio is at 906 Sarthana Business Hub, Nana Varachha, Surat, Gujarat. We work with clients in India and abroad, including a US logistics software company, and hold calls in the client's time zone.
