Questions about joining
What do you look for in an engineer?
People who have shipped something real and can explain the trade-offs they made. Experience with AI agents, voice pipelines, document AI or computer vision helps, and so does solid backend and infrastructure work, since most of an AI system is plumbing.
What would I work on?
A mix of client systems and our own products: the Voice Agents platform, WhatsApp Agents and CallAuditAI. Recent client work includes generative photo pipelines on GPUs, document AI for a refinery and outbound calling on Pipecat and LiveKit.
How do I apply when no role is listed?
